Malaysia Solar Land Agent

Looking for solar farm land in Malaysia, or considering selling or leasing your land for a solar project? Jenny Wong assists developers, investors and landowners with land enquiries in Negeri Sembilan and selected Malaysian locations. Call +60 14-578 1913 or WhatsApp Jenny.

Define your solar land requirements

A useful brief includes the preferred district, acreage, budget, purchase or lease preference, target timescale and any grid-connection criteria supplied by your technical team. Share whether you need one continuous parcel or can consider adjoining ownerships.

Enquiries may cover Seremban, Labu, Rembau, Kuala Pilah, Bahau, Jempol, Linggi and other Negeri Sembilan locations. A location name or large land area alone does not establish solar-project suitability.

Information to gather before a site visit

  • Title, tenure, land category and available survey information.
  • Access routes, usable area, terrain and surrounding uses.
  • Existing occupation, leases and proposed commercial terms.
  • Available information on nearby electricity infrastructure for independent investigation.

Grid capacity, connection cost, solar yield, flood and environmental considerations, planning permission and project approvals require assessment by qualified advisers, utilities and relevant authorities. Agricultural, industrial or development land should not be described as approved solar land unless supporting approval documents establish this.

Support for landowners

Owners can discuss sale or lease enquiries and the information buyers typically request. Start with the location, approximate acreage and your preferred terms. Share title documents privately when needed for the enquiry, rather than posting them publicly.

Jenny can help coordinate owner engagement, viewings and commercial discussions, subject to property availability and due diligence.
